Hi! I’m Liz

I’ve intimately journeyed through deep fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty after going through a divorce. Although helpful at first, therapy eventually began to feel like a revolving door of the same conversations. I sensed that myself and others going through these difficult life transitions needed more support to get out of the rut and step onto a path that was more authentic, fulfilling, and purposeful.

Once I began pursuing the path of extensive training to become a life coach, everything changed. I was empowered with the tools and self-confidence to transmute my pain and discomfort into wisdom and empowerment that supported my ability to create the beautiful, passion-filled life I desired.

Inspired by the deep sense of guidance I found through this powerful training, I began the journey of extending what I’ve learned to help other people. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for people to explore their inner world and align with a fuller, more engaging life.

My magic is in guiding clients toward the discovery of their own inner strength, resilience, and wisdom. I believe that everyone possesses the inherent ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. My role is to be your ally in unlocking that potential and assisting you in the journey towards achieving the life you desire. Together, we can uncover the tools and insights needed to navigate challenges, cultivate personal growth, and build a life that aligns with your unique aspirations.

My approach

My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

As a certified health, wellness, and life coach, I have completed extensive training in the areas of behavioral psychology, neuroscience, intuitive listening, habit change, healthy lifestyle design, and positive intelligence. 

I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
