  • What makes you qualified to be a life coach?

    I have completed a rigorous life coaching training program and have years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals. I also have a background in counseling and psychology, which gives me a deeper understanding of human behavior and motivation.

  • Do you offer in-person coaching sessions?

    Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.

  • How often do I need to meet with my life coach?

    The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.

  • What is your approach to goal setting?

    My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.

  • Does insurance cover coaching sessions?

    Insurance typically does not cover coaching sessions but check with your insurance provider. You would to coordinate the payment reimbursement directly to you.

  • Is Sisterhood coaching only available to women?

    Absolutely not! Coaching is for everyone who is looking to improve ones well-being and quality of life.

  • How do you handle confidentiality?

    Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my coaching practice. I adhere to the International Coach Federation's (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes strict guidelines for maintaining client confidentiality.
